PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication service control system and a mobile communication service control method where a service controller needs not to inquire of a home location register about information required to start control of a service. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication service control system characterized in that it is provided with the home location register 13 storing subscriber information, a switch 12 that transmits a subscriber information inquiry signal 201 to the register 13, and a service controller 14 that controls a service provided to subscribers, the home location register 13 holds service information 309 required for the service controller 14 to start control of the service, transmits the service information 309 to the switch 12 together with an acknowledgement signal 308 in response to the subscriber information inquiry signal 201 and the switch 12 transfers the service information 309 received from the register 13 to the service controller 14.
