PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and a circuit device which can easily cope with environmental variations, e.g. alteration in the circuitry of a PCB. SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 is arranged such that an antenna section 3 and an RF circuit section 4 can conduct respective functions, even if they are separated from each other and a scribe line 6 for separating the antenna section 3 and the RF circuit section 4 is made in a ceramic substrate 2.
