PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new service business system that representatively performs all needed matters from old machine model collection to new machine model delivery within that day in the case a person having a job in particular, requests machine model change from his/her job site etc. SOLUTION: A user 1 having a portable telephone and an agent 4 who representatively performs model change are provided with communicating means 3 and 5 capable of exchanging an intention to change machine models and machine model change data about an address, a name, a machine model in use, etc., needed to change machine models through communicating means 2, 3 and 5 such as a facsimile between the both parties 1 and 4, the agent 4 and a delivery company 7 of motorbike delivery, etc., which gets a contract to collect the old machine model or the like are also provided with communication equipment 2 and 5 for exchanging the machine model change data, and the agent 4 transfers the machine model change data obtained from the user 1 to the delivery company 7 of motor bike delivery or the like to make the delivery company 7 collect the old machine model from the user and a telephone set shop PS, to perform machine model change procedures at the telephone set shop, to issue a new machine model and to deliver the new machine model. |
