PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus that can remarkably enhance a wireless transmission reception efficiency while being adapted to an actual operation and quickening a time until success to wireless transmission reception. SOLUTION: When a transmission state of transmission data is discriminated to be a failure, the communication unit repetitively transmits the transmission data at a wireless transmission rate depending on a selection modulation circuit by the number of times that is a reference transmission retrial number of times stored in a reference transmission retrial number of times memory or below, the reference transmission retrial number of times memory stores settings indicating that number of transmission retrial times is increased by each wireless transmission rate depending on each modulation circuit as the wireless transmission rate gets higher, and when a reception state of received data is discriminated to be a failure, the communication unit repetitively receives the reception data at a wireless reception rate depending on a selection demodulation circuit by the number of times that is a reference reception retrial number of times stored in a reference reception retrial number of times memory or below, the reference reception retrial number of times memory stores settings indicating that the number of reception retrial times is increased by each wireless reception rate depending on each demodulation circuit as the wireless reception rate gets higher. |
