PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of informing the outside of the system of fault information by connecting the system to a radio communication network as a backup communication route when abnormality is generated in a wired communication route. SOLUTION: At least one of a plurality of communication routes is prepared as a wired communication network 5 which is connected to a store controller 3 through a communication line 7 different from a LAN 4 and the other communication route is prepared as a radio communication network 12 which is connected to the controller 3 through a radio communication part. The radio communication part consists of a 1st radio communication equipment 9 connected to the LAN 4 and a 2nd radio communication equipments 10, 11 connected to the radio communication network 12. When the wired communication network 5 can not be used, fault information is transmitted to the 1st radio communication equipment 9 which transmits the fault information to the 2nd equipments 10, 11 to inform the outside of the system of the fault information from the 2nd equipments 10, 11. |
