PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for obtaining an AC constant-frequency constant- voltage power source which does not contain harmful noise, and has small switching losses, high-reliability, and long-term stability. SOLUTION: This is a method for obtaining a power source by increasing DC voltage by a boosting chopper, and converting the output of the boosting chopper into AC constant-frequency constant voltage by a double resonance circuit composed of resonance circuits formed respectively utilizing the primary side and the secondary side of a transformer. The secondary voltage of the transformer is always kept at a constant value regardless of load current on condition that the output voltage of the boosting chopper is kept constant, by setting the respective inductances L1, L2 of the primary coil N1, the secondary coil N2 of the transformer 12 and the electrostatic capacities of resonance capacitors Cp, Cs so that frequencies 1.1 to 2.0 times set frequencies may be their resonance frequencies. |
