The invention relates to a nucleic acid complex comprising one or more nucleic acids, a first substance having nucleic acid affinity and an endosomolytic agent itself having a range of binding to the nucleic acid or being bound to a second substance having nucleic acid affinity and being identical to or different from the first substance and possibly, an internalization factor, and to a composition for inserting these nucleic acid complexes into higher eukaryotic cells.
