SMALL-SIZED VIBRATION MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a small-sized vibration motor in such a manner that an outer case is accurately aligned in parallel with a shaft which is an assembly base for positioning and fixing for preventing an eccentric weight from being brought into frictional contact with the inner surface of the outer case. SOLUTION: There is provided the cup-shaped outer case 15 which has a rising cylinder 15b at the center of its closing plane 15c. A stator and a rotor are incorporated into the outer case 15 from the other end of the shaft 1 to which a brush stand 10 is to be attached. The one end of the shaft 1 is fitted to the rising cylinder 15b from the inside of the outer case 15 to position and attach the outer case 15 in parallel with the shaft 1. The brush stand 10 is coupled with the opening side of the outer case 15, and the outer case 15 is fixed and held by the shaft 1 and the brush stand 10.
