PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk manufacturing apparatus which is compact and has a fast producing speed and to produce an optical disk of high quality. SOLUTION: The optical disk manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a molding machine which molds a disk substrate having information recorded thereon, a cooling unit which cools the disk substrate, a 1st reloading means which reloads the disk substrate from the molding machine to the cooling unit, a 2nd reloading means which mounts the disk substrate on a reception part of a 1st conveying means from the cooling mechanism, a film deposition device which receives disk substrates one after another from the 1st conveying means and deposits reflecting films on the surfaces with information recorded thereon, a 2nd conveying means which is equipped with a plurality of reception parts where the disk substrates are mounted and rotates intermittently at intervals of a certain angle, an inverting means which turns over the disk substrates, a superposing mechanism which superposes another disk substrate supplied with a liquid adhesive on an inverted disk substrate, a spinner device which rotates the two superposed disk substrates, and a hardening device which hardens the adhesive by irradiating the rotated disk substrates with ultraviolet rays. |
