PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management server that can manage mail opening information of an electronic document. SOLUTION: The electronic document management server is provided with a document revision section that revises an electronic document so that opening information denoting display of an electronic document on a reception terminal receiving the electronic document can be sent to the electronic document management server from the reception terminal, a document transmission section that transmits the electronic document changed by the document change section, an opening information acquisition section that acquires opening information and an opening information storage section that stores the opening information while associating with the electronic document.
