EXPENSE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expense adjustment system by which sales job personnel can input expense adjustment data by themselves and office work personnel to whom accounting knowledge is requested can be concentrated into a base without deploying them in individual business offices. SOLUTION: Expense data and a slip number are stored in a host computer and also printed on a sticking paper sheet on which evidence is to be stuck. The slip number is printed in the form of a barcode. The barcode can be used for the retrieval/extraction of the expense data and thus the expense data and the evidence are easily collated and confirmed. Also, at the time of inputting the expense data, various guide functions regarding the accounting knowledge are prepared.
