PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the relative value of provided pay information. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a know-how database 12 where answers (know-how) to questions are registered and an access management table 15 which holes an access counter and a reference counter correspondingly to each know-how, and an access management part 23 counts up the access counter of an answer meeting a retrieval condition designated by a member registered for pay. When an entire answer text is taken out, the reference counter of this answer is counted up. A relative evaluation part 18 uses the access counter and the reference counter to calculate relative evaluation points with respect to each know-how. |
