PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct work of recruiting of jobs, and applying to the jobs or real-time basis. SOLUTION: This information-providing server is provided with a customer information storing means for storing information related to customers, including mail addresses, and a transmitting/receiving means for receiving information related to job offerings from a first terminal, send mails including some of the information related to job offerings and information related to access targets for applying to the job offerings to a second terminal, specified by the mail address stored in the customer information storing means, receive information inputted for applying to the job offering at the access target corresponding to the information related to the access targets from the second terminal, specifying some of the information related to the customers matching the information out of the customer information storing means, and sending some of the information related to the customers to the first terminal.
