SOLUTION: In the electronic book provision method, at a server 1 connected to a user terminal 6 via a communication network 2, when the electronic book provision server receives a book obtaining requested data from a user terminal, a book required is transmitted via the communication network. When the server receives data which include to the effect that the book received from the user terminal is being utilized, it receives data required for an accounting from the user terminal, and an accounting processing for collecting the fee from the user is carried out. |
