<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning merchandise management system that improves user convenience remarkably by eliminating various troubles that occur during clothes storage. SOLUTION: This system is provided with user terminal devices 1 installed at user sides, receiving store terminal devices 2, and an information processor 5 which is connected to a plant terminal device 3, a storage cabinet terminal device 4, etc., through a communication network, mutually performs information processing by transmitting and receiving information with the terminal devices, stores information about received cleaning merchandise into a storing means and performs control so that merchandise that has been subjected to cleaning is delivered from the storage cabinet to the users or a requested destination when a required delivery date comes and/or according to a merchandise request command.</p> |
