<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of attaining excellent cleaning ability even in the case of combining and using soft toner with hard toner in spite of using a high-hardness blade realizing the prolongation of a life, preventing failure that a stripe image is formed because a drum is damaged, attaining more excellent durability, made good in profitability and stably forming a high-quality image over a long term. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a carrier for carrying an image or transfer material and a cleaning device for removing toner powder on the carrier with the blade arranged to abut on the surface of the carrier. The blade is made of material whose hardness (JIS-A) is >=70 and a solid lubricant incorporating resin layer is formed only on its side abutting on the carrier.</p> |
