PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver that can easily discriminate a reproduced image from a live image and easily recognize changeover from the reproduced image to the live image at follow-up replay. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver provided with a recording/ reproducing means that receives and demodulates a broadcast signal of a digital broadcast program, displays a video signal of a demodulated program on a display means, and records and reproduces the program demodulation signal on a recording medium by a random access system, is provided with an emblem display means 15 that display an emblem showing that a reproduced image is reproduced from the recording/reproducing means 6 on a part of the reproduced image displayed on the display means 13 receiving the video signal read from the recording/reproducing means 6.
