PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDMA communication method which enables reception of burst data (packets), even if there is error in synchronization bytes, by using a method where the synchronization bytes of a preamble are transmitted from a transmission side repeatedly by three or more odd-number number of times, and decision by majority is made with respect to the synchronization bytes repeated three or more odd-number number of times received on the receiving side. SOLUTION: The TDMA communication method for communicating the burst data has a preamble, which consists of start-up signals consisting of first to M-th (M is an integer of 2 for larger) start-up bytes having the same bit pattern, and a synchronization signal following the start-up signals. The synchronization signal consists of first to N-th (N is an odd number of 3 or larger) synchronization bytes, which have the same bit pattern with each other but have different bit pattern from that of the first to M-th start-up bytes.
