PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the advantage of utilization (advertising effect, e.g.) of a display device by increasing persons interested in the display device. SOLUTION: A traffic control part 20 controls a display part 10 and manages the traffic of displayed contents on a display screen. A cellular phone 30 is connected to the part 20. When a user access the part 20 through the phone 30 from the cellular phone 130 of him/herself, the part 20 returns, e.g. the list, etc., of the display contents to the phone 130. When the user requests desired display contents, the part 20 changes the display order of the display contents in response to the request. When the user transmits a message, etc., from the phone 130, the part 20 receives the message to display it on the screen 11.
