PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round cable for signal transmission with reduced cross talk, which is easy to connect. SOLUTION: The round cable for signal transmission 10 is composed of signal cables 1, 2 and power supply cables 11, 12 pressed each other and arranged so as to have integral structure, and shielded with an outer shield conductor 17. For the cross section arrangement of the round cable for signal transmission 10, conductors 3, 4, 13, 14 are arranged so that the of center of the rectangle formed by linking center points of the conductors 3, 4, 13, 14, approximately coincides with the center of the round cable for signal transmission 10, and the centers of signal cables 1, 2 are made to locate on one diagonal line of the above rectangle, and the centers of the power supply cables 11, 12 are made to locate on the other diagonal line of the above rectangle, and the ratio of the outer diameter of the signal cables 1, 2 to the outer diameter of the conductor of the signal cables 1, 2 is made bigger than the ratio of the outer diameter of the power supply cables 11, 12 to the outer diameter of the conductor of the power supply cables 11, 12, and the dielectric constant of insulators 5, 6 of the signal cables 1, 2 is made smaller than the dielectric constant of insulators 15, 16 of the power supply cables 11, 12.
