摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft operating device for a distributed control system capable of improving operation efficiency by freely setting limits of moving inhibiting regions in movable space of actuators. SOLUTION: This device has input equipment 40a for designating a plurality of actuator control devices 5 and setting the moving inhibiting regions of the actuators, an operation discriminating part 13 for acquiring and discriminating speed data and moving amount data from each shaft operation equipment 16, an arithmetic control part 12 for calculating a moving target coordinate position of each actuator by data of the present coordinate position of each actuator acquired from each actuator control device 5 via a serial communication path 10 and speed data and moving amount data from each shaft operation equipment 16, comparing and deciding the calculated moving target coordinate position and the moving inhibiting regions set by the input equipment 40a and generating an actuator control instruction of the moving target coordinate position based on the comparison and decision result, and a communication controller 2 for outputting the actuator control instruction to the designated actuator control device 5 via the serial signal path 10.
