PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an evaluated value which is correlated to the subjective evaluation of an image. SOLUTION: An image evaluating device 100 is equipped with an image data input part 101 which inputs spatial optical information of the image, a convolutional arithmetic part 103 which performs convolutional arithmetic between a spatial arithmetic filter stored in an arithmetic filter storage part 106 and a spatial arithmetic filter for the spatial optical information of the image inputted by the image data input part 101, and an image quality evaluation part 105 which predicts the image quality that a person feels according to the output of the convolutional arithmetic part 103. |
