SOLUTION: This method is such that the recording is made by a plurality of linear speeds or continuously changing linear speed, and the recording waveform to modulate the recorded light is provided with a DC part and a recording pulse part, and when the intensity of the DC part is expressed as Pbi and the intensity of the upward pulse is expressed as Pw, and the Pw and Pbi at the time of recording with the linear speed VL are expressed respectively as PwL and PbiL, and when the Pw and Pbi at the time of recording with the linear speed VH which is faster than VL and satisfies the equation 1.1<=VH/VL, are expressed respectively as PwH and PbiH, the recording is carried out, in this optical recording method, under the condition satisfying the equations, PbiH/PbiL<1 and (PbiH/PwH)/(PbiL/PwL)<1. |
