PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product-selecting system, capable of selecting necessary products for realizing desired functions on a computer even if a user does not have high-level knowledge of computer specifications, etc. SOLUTION: A product-selecting server 2 receives provision of product information concerning computer component products from manufacturers a-n, to be stored in a product information control part 22. A PC information control part 21 obtains information for specifying hardware/software products of a user PC(personal computer) 1 from the user PC 1 and refers to the product information in the product information control part 22, to determine detailed specifications, etc., of the component products for the PC. An information- determining part 23 refers to the product information in the product information control part 22, to select the products which are capable of realizing demands inputted by a user from the user PC 1. |
