SOLUTION: Using the Internet with which abundant information can be exchanged easily and speedily, the customer inputs necessary items for a building, such as desired layout, number of rooms, types ob building material, etc., so that the estimates of floor area, cost per unit area, etc., are automatically outputted in this housing manufacturing and selling system. A manufacturer and seller provides a layout pattern over the Internet screen, and the customer checks the provided layout pattern to correct it on the screen, by operating it himself to give desired conditions to the manufacturer and seller. |
