PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an optimum maintenance plan for a structure by selecting a method of construction for repairing and renovation with high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: A computer 10 performs a maintenance cost calculation program 14. When the program 14 is started, various conditions necessary to calculation are first inputted, and any analyzing method for inputting a method of construction is subsequently selected in the middle of setting (1) or analyzing (2) a maintenance plan. When the maintenance setting (1) is selected, a maintenance plan is previously inputted, a method of construction for repairing and renovation is acquired according to the maintenance plan while predicting structure deterioration each time repairing and renovation time arrives, and the performing cost of the method is accumulated. Meanwhile, when the maintenance analysis (2) is selected, a method of construction is inputted while predicting structure deterioration each time repairing and renovation time arrives, and the performance cost of the inputted method of construction is inputted. |
