PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve the information related to a picture displayed on a display screen 21 from a Web server 3, and inform the retrieved information. SOLUTION: The version up information on software developed by a software developing company 11 and the question information on the software informed to a call center 15 are stored in the Web server 3 in real time. A user 5 installs the software into a client computer before use. When using the software by opening any window of the software, the user 5 clicks the help menu on the window. By this, the version up information on the window opened at present and the question and answer information on the window of the software opened at present are retrieved and transmitted to the user 5, and a retrieval time at the user can be reduced. |
