<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply execute the network management/inspection of an enterprise information system on the basis of information policy. SOLUTION: The security management system in provided with a policy database 132, a security management/inspection program database 133 allowing information security policy and a target system to correspond to a management/ inspection program, a policy/set information mapping table 136, and a set information storing database 137. The system retrieves a management/inspection program corresponding to the range of the information policy and the target system specified by an operator and automatically executes the retrieved program. The management/inspection program executes management/inspection concerned with the information security policy of the target system corresponding to the program itself. The system is provided with also an interface for retrieving the mapping table 136 about the set information of policy selected by a user, extracting different set contents to the same set item and selecting set contents suitable for the user.</p> |
