<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer with which a high density and high precision wiring pattern is printed by an electrostatic recording system or an electrophotographic method and a high accurate and low resistant electrically conductive pattern free from voids, defects, etc., is formed, and to provide an electrically conductive wiring pattern forming method using the developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developer comprises a carrier and capsulated particles for electrostatic charge image developing having at least fine metal particles and insulating resin films which encapsulate the fine metal particles. The absolute value of the quantity of electric charges of the capsulated particles measured with a device for measuring the distribution of the quantity of electric charges is|1.8-3.8|(femtoC/10μm), the standard deviation of the quantity of electric charges is <=2.5 and capsulated particles charged to the same polarity are contained by >=95 number %.</p> |
