PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Internet service at low cost, high speed and with large capacity not only to dwellers in a multiple dwelling house such as a mansion but to surrounding dwellers. SOLUTION: Communication infrastructure to be constructed with an ISP 7 is connected to communication infrastructure to be constructed with surrounding areas through the multiple dwelling house as a relay spot, and network information service to be provided to the multiple dwelling house by the ISP 7 is provided including the surrounding areas. The communication infrastructure to be constructed with the ISP 7 uses a telephone line 3 laid in the multiple dwelling house and an exclusive line by an optical fiber cable 6 to be led in the multiple dwelling house as a communication medium and the communication infrastructure to be constructed with the surrounding areas uses radio to be propagated among a master machine antenna 8 to be installed on the rooftop of the multiple dwelling house and a slave machine antennas 9 to be installed on individual houses in the surrounding areas as a communication medium. |
