PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that job efficiency is deteriorated because of the residence of operators capable of coping with the largest load and high costs are required for equipment for performing distributed processing between call centers in a conventional call center system. SOLUTION: This system has a plurality of displays at a single telephone answering terminal so as to control processing contents on the respective display independently. Thus, the optimal personnel assignment of the operators can be flexible at a low cost and with simple constitution to improve the efficiency of work and to improve a service by the reduction of time for waiting for calling.
