PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure visual assembly without attention to lateral orientation during the assembly of an electrode part indifferent to assembly accuracy out of electrode parts constituting an electron gun for a cathode-ray tube, and ensure feedback of a shift of variation in machining to a press process by ensuring a lateral distinction during the manufacture of the electrode part. SOLUTION: An electrode member 13 with electron beam transmission holes 14 (14R, 14G and 14B) has, in symmetric positions, identification portions 15 (15A and 15B) visually indistinguishable but distinguishable with measuring equipment.
