GARBAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A garbage processing apparatus is provided which separates garbage generated at home or restaurant from vinyl bags and crushes the garbage separated from the vinyl bags so as to process the crushed garbage. CONSTITUTION: The garbage processing apparatus comprises an injection part consisting of a first hopper(10) the upper and lower parts of which are opened so that garbage contained in vinyl passes through the first hopper(10), a conveyor(16) which is installed at the lower part of the first hopper(10) to transfer the garbage dropped on the conveyor through an outlet of the first hopper(10), and a driving cylinder(18) which is installed at the lower part of the conveyor(16) to push the garbage dropped from the conveyor(16); a garbage separation part consisting of a plurality of tools(22) which correspond to a piston rod of the driving cylinder(18), and the tip of which is sharply formed so that the tools(22) penetrate the vinyl, a disk(24) to which the tools(22) are fixed, a driving motor(26) which is connected to the center of the disk(24) to rotate the disk(24), and an index(28) which is installed at the driving motor(26) to control the driving motor(26) so that the disk(24) is rotated to a certain angle; and a crushing and discharging part consisting of a second hopper(30) which is installed at the lower part of the tools(22) to temporarily receive the garbage dropped, a crusher(32) for crushing the garbage discharged from the second hopper(30), a tank(34) which is installed under the crusher(32), and in which the garbage crushed in the crusher(32) is stored, and a screw conveyor(36) which is connected to the inner part of the tank(34) to discharge the garbage inside the tank(34) into the outside.
