摘要

A photomultiplier keeps each focusing piece of focusing electrodes so high that the photoelectronic face of an adjacent channel cannot be looked through from the first and second stage diode of each channel to prevent light reflected from the first and second stage diode from returning to the adjacent channel. Thus, unuseful electrons are stopped from being emitted from the photoelectronic face to suppress the crosstalks of light. Further, condenser lenses are arranged on the outside surface of a light-receiving face plate by corresponding to the channels. Further, light reflection from each focusing piece of focusing electrodes is cut out by forming an oxide film over the surface of each converging face of converging electrodes.
