This invention relates to an organopolysiloxane composition containing a mixture of several specific types of liquid organopolysiloxanes, to emulsion - forming concentrates and aqueous emulsions formed therefrom and the treatmen t of textile fiber and fabric substrates with the emulsions to improve such desirable properties of the substrates as their wettability and softness unaccompanied by any significant or appreciable yellowing.
