1. A fast measuring device of enzymatic activity in a solid food comprising a container for receiving a sample to be tested, a reagent particular to the enzyme whereof the activity is to be measured and a suitable buffer solution for placing the enzyme and the reagent, which is substrate for said enzyme and comprises chromophore, said device is provided with graduated standard allowing to measure enzymatic activity taking into account the color of the obtained liquid phase in the container. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said container is a graduated tube or a single use column provided with a system of sealed closing. 3. The device according to claim 2, characterized in that said container has an elongation at its base cut for discharging the liquid phase. 4. The device according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said reagent is in solid or liquid state. 5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said buffer solution is selected from the group comprising sodium acetic/acetate acid, chlorhydrate glycine/glycine, sodium aconitic/hydroxyde acid, sodium formic/formate acid. 6. A method for measuring the enzymatic activity in a solid food using a device according to any of claims 1 to 5, providing placing a sample of a predetermined weight in a container, introducing a reagent in the form of a solid ball, adding a predetermined amount of suitable buffer solution, sealing closing of the container, vigorous agitation, separating of the obtained liquid phase from the solid phase, collecting the liquid phase and measuring the enzymatic activity by comparing the liquid phase color with the standard color. |
