A process for producing an inclusion package product comprising: (a) coating a base sheet with a solution of an inclusion article; (b) drying the solution coated onto said base sheet; and (c) placing an overlapping sheet onto said base sheet and sealing prescribed sections of said base sheet to said overlapping sheet to surround the area coated with said solution.
