<p>Synthetic fibres are dyed with dispersions in org. solvents immiscible with water, of dyes of formula: Suitable solvents are aromatic and hals hydrocarbons, esp. chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons. The process is suitable for dyeing synthetic polyamides, polyesters, cellulose acetates, polycarbonates and PAN and gives high dye yield, excellent fastness and improved affinity and sublimation resistance.</p> |
