<p>The present invention provides a solid adsorbent comprising at least two metals located upon a support wherein at least one first metal is copper and at least one second metal is cerium and a process for reducing the sulphur content of a crude oil distillate feed containing sulphur species which process comprises contacting said distillate with the solid adsorbent to produce a sulphur containing adsorbent and a distillate product of reduced sulphur content.</p> |
