<p>A training device for golf in which a golf ball (5) is connected via a cord (4) to a retarding mechanism comprising a tube (2) with a front end and a rear end, in which tube (2) a piston (3), connected to the cord (4), is movable between a rear position at the rear end of the tube, in which position the ball (5) is hit, and a front position at the front end of the tube, in which position the movement of the piston (3) is retarded. The piston (3) has a front side (3.1) from which the cord extends towards the ball (5) is effected by means of compression and throttled release of air which is present on the front side of the piston (3), th efront end of the tube (2) preferably having a wall (7) provided with a hole (7.1) for the cord (4) and also with an outlet (7.2) for air that is compressed in the tube (2) on the front side of the piston (3).</p> |
