The rear body section has longitudinal struts and a unit for connection of a towing device with tow bar. A fastening point (13) near the struts for rigid downward-facing connection of the tow bar (10), a guide (17) on a transverse bumper strut (5), which is rigid in transverse direction but permits axial movements, and a passage aperture (16) for the tow bar in a lower spoiler section (8), are positioned behind each other in coaxial direction. The guide is formed by a reinforcing plate with an aperture (18) for the tow bar.
