Graft for replacing or bypassing a damaged blood passage in a human or animal body, comprising an elongated tubular body (1) in which a flow deflector element (2) is maintained and stabilized in a substantially central position thanks to stabilizing rods (3). The flow deflector element (2) deviates the blood flow and thus increases the shear stress on the internal wall of the tubular element (1) so that the observed phenomena of graft's occlusion by thrombosis substantially decreases.
