MAGNETIC STORAGE HAVING MULTI MAGNETIC EASY AXES AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A magnetic storage having multi magnetic easy axes is provided to differently form magnetic easy axes of neighboring unit bit cells in a magnetic thin film having multi magnetic axes including independent unit bit cells, thereby having a high-density storage capacity. CONSTITUTION: The first bit cell has the first magnetic easy axis. The second bit cell has the second magnetic easy axis. A magnetic head includes the first head(211) and the second head(213). The first head reacts on the first bit cell. The second head reacts on the second bit cell. A magnetic layer is formed on a disc-shaped substrate. The magnetic layer includes a magnetic substance. The magnetic layer is defined as the first area and the second area. An ion line is injected to the first area through a window formed along the first azimuth. An ion line is injected to the second area through a window formed along the second azimuth.
