PURPOSE: A caliper of a brake system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the mechanical strength of a machine, make the machine light, increase fuel efficiency by manufacturing the caliper by using aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A caliper(30) of a brake system comprises assembly grooves formed between outer and inner calipers(32,34) and reinforcing members(38) laid in the assembly grooves. In additional, a method for manufacturing the caliper is composed of a step of preparing metal molds divided into the upside, lower side, and lateral of the caliper; laying the reinforcing members in the assembly grooves of the caliper at regular interval after preparing metal molds; pouring melted liquid being similar to an aluminum casting construction into the caliper; pressurizing the metal molds under a predetermined temperature; and molding the pressurized metal molds.
