<p>The invention relates to an exercise device comprising a load generator capable of creating a rotational movement load using the resistance of the working medium, making possible rehabilitation or to training of the waist region to activate the human upper or lower body utilizing said load generator. The invention relates to the improved construction of the load generator, so that it is capable of rehabilitating and training the various muscles in the user's waist. Improvement of the exercise device renders more effective the rehabilitation of the pelvis region, whereby providing for the remedy of the waist and its training.</p> |
