PURPOSE: Provided is a method for aging meat using pottery which neutralizes poison, and has sterilizing and detoxification effects and air permeability, thereby sterilizing meat, maintaining meat freshness and aging meat. CONSTITUTION: The method for aging meat by using pottery comprises the steps of: mixing 75% of pork, 8% of soy sauce, 2.8% of onions, 2.2% of spring onions, 5% of pear, 2.5%of garlic, 2.2% of sugar syrup, 0.% of pepper and 4% of other ingredients in 5L pottery; aging them in a cool room of 0-5 deg. C for 48 hours, wherein the pork can be replaced by beef, chicken and the like. |
