11 In an apparatus for releasably retaining a disposable razor cartridge a razor handle has a portion which includes an interior area defined by a hosing. A cartridge retainer is at least partially positioned in the interior area and includes a first web section positioned therein and pivotally coupled to the housing. A second web section is positioned away from the first web section and rotatab ly coupled to the housing. A pair of retaining arms project outwardly from the housing each decrying a cartridge engaging end. Each of the retaining arms i s coupled to the first web section by a first pair of plastic hinges each interposed between the first web section and one of the retaining arms and by a second pair of plastic hinges interposed between a second web section and one of the retaining arms.
