PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe cosmetic composition. SOLUTION: The thickened keratin layer softener comprises a fermented milk extract as the active ingredient. A skin cosmetic composition, a cleansing cosmetic composition and a bath preparation, each containing the softener as the active ingredient, are also provided. The softener, skin cosmetic composition, cleansing cosmetic composition and bath preparation, are excellent in the thickened keratin layer softening effect, can ameliorate cosmetological troubles including dinginess and dermatoses including rough skin, are highly safe to human body because of being derived from a natural product, therefore are highly useful in the cosmetology and medicine each related to the thickening keratin layer. |
