PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of manufacturing a water-permeable paving plate using soft granulated blast furnace slag capable of effectively utilizing soft granulated blast furnace slag which has been left over in a large amount as a recycling material. SOLUTION: Cement of 50-15 pt.wt. and city water of 15-3 pt.wt. are added to soft granulated blast furnace slag of 100 pt.wt. and kneaded, introduced into forms, and compacted by vibrations and mold-released. Compaction by vibrations is conducted by primary vibrations and secondary vibrations. Soft granulated blast furnace slag, cement and city water are introduced into the forms under the state of a zero slump, form itself is filled with these materials while being vibrated to a high degree, and these materials are pressed at high pressure, and cured after instantaneous mold release. A pigment is further added. |
