PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chilling composition and a sheet-like chilling preparation each containing water stably and having high chilling effect, particularly sustained chilling effect. SOLUTION: The chilling composition comprises 1-59.5 wt.% of a polyacrylic acid compound, 0.1-30 wt.% of an N-vinyl acetamide polymer, 0.05-1 wt.% of a polyvalent metal and 40-80 wt.% of water. The sheet-like chilling preparation is obtained by laminating a sheet-like substrate with the above composition. |
